Credit packs
100 credits for $5.00 or IDR 79,000. Credits are used after your daily quota: a random call costs 1 credit and a render costs 25 credits.

Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your balance until you use them.
What happens when a render fails?
The 25 credits reserved for it are returned automatically, and the job page shows the reason.
How does the IDR Plus pass work?
You pay once with QRIS and Plus is active for 30 days. It does not renew by itself; we remind you 3 days before it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Open a billing ticket from your account. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
